These Terms of Service ("Terms") are a binding agreement between you and Servo Technologies, Inc. ("Servo," "we," "us," or "our"). By creating an account or using our website, web or mobile account experiences, quoting tools, communications, or property-maintenance services (collectively, the "Services"), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Eligibility and Authority

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into a contract. If you request a quote or service for property you do not own, you represent that you have permission from the owner or responsible party to provide the address and authorize any requested assessment, mapping, access, or service.

2. Accounts and Authentication

You must provide accurate and current information and keep your login credentials secure. Passwords are hashed and are not stored in plain text. If you use Google or Facebook to sign up or log in, that provider's terms also apply to its authentication service.

You are responsible for activity under your account and for promptly notifying us of suspected unauthorized access. We may reject, suspend, or terminate an account where reasonably necessary to address fraud, security risks, misuse, unlawful conduct, or violations of these Terms.

3. Property Information, Measurements, and Quotes

You may save one or more property addresses to request coverage information or a quote. You authorize Servo to use the address with satellite or aerial imagery, public county assessor or GIS records, mapping services, and automated analysis tools to estimate lawn, roof, driveway, or other service-area dimensions.

Automated measurements and quotes are estimates, not surveys, appraisals, engineering determinations, or guarantees. Imagery may be outdated or incomplete, public records may be inaccurate, and automated boundary tracing may require correction. We may revise or withdraw an estimate after reviewing actual property conditions, access, measurements, obstacles, or service requirements.

4. Account and Email Communications

You agree that Servo may send transactional email through providers such as Resend for account verification codes, security notices, requested support, and important updates about the Services. These communications are necessary to operate and secure your account and are not promotional subscriptions.

5. Servo SMS Program

Program and messages. By providing your phone number and opting in, you consent to receive automated text messages from Servo for one-time phone verification codes and service status updates. Message frequency varies based on account activity and the services you request. Consent to text messaging is not a condition of purchase.

Rates. Message and data rates may apply.

Opt out. Reply STOP at any time to stop receiving text messages. Servo may send one final message confirming the opt-out. After that, no further messages will be sent unless you provide new consent or initiate a communication that permits a response.

Help. Reply HELP for help or email support@joinservo.com.

Delivery. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery is subject to carrier availability and is not guaranteed.

For information about how Servo handles phone numbers, SMS data, and messaging consent, review our Privacy Policy.

6. Acceptable Use

You may not use the Services unlawfully; impersonate another person; submit false, misleading, or unauthorized property information; interfere with operations; attempt to access nonpublic systems; introduce malicious code; scrape or reverse engineer the Services; or use the Services in a way that infringes rights or harms people, property, equipment, or networks.

7. Service Availability and Changes

Coverage, quoting tools, features, and property services may be limited by location, property conditions, weather, equipment, staffing, safety, technology availability, or other operational factors. We may modify, pause, or discontinue all or part of the Services. A displayed estimate or coverage result does not guarantee that Servo will accept or complete a service request.

8. Billing Status and Future Paid Services

Customer billing is not currently live. Servo does not presently collect or store payment card information or process subscription charges.

Before paid services become available, applicable prices, billing frequency, cancellation terms, taxes, and payment-processor information will be presented at checkout or in service-specific terms. You will not be charged unless you separately authorize a payment under the terms presented at that time.

9. Intellectual Property

Servo's software, interfaces, content, branding, workflows, maps, measurements, and related intellectual property are owned by Servo or its licensors. Subject to these Terms, Servo grants you a limited, revocable, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the customer-facing Services for personal or internal property-management purposes.

You may not copy, resell, sublicense, distribute, reverse engineer, bypass security for, or use the Services to develop or train a competing product except to the extent a restriction is prohibited by law. Feedback may be used by Servo without restriction or compensation, but Servo does not claim ownership of your personal information.

10. Third-Party Services

The Services may rely on third-party identity, communications, mapping, artificial intelligence, hosting, security, or other technology providers. Servo is not responsible for third-party products or services outside its control. Their terms and privacy policies may apply to features you choose to use.

11. Disclaimers

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." SERVO DISCLAIMS IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR AVAILABLE AT A PARTICULAR TIME, OR THAT PROPERTY IMAGERY, MEASUREMENTS, BOUNDARIES, COVERAGE RESULTS, QUOTES, OR SERVICE OUTCOMES WILL BE COMPLETE OR ACCURATE.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain disclaimers, so some of these terms may not apply to you.

12. Limitation of Liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVO AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, CONTRACTORS, LICENSORS, AND SERVICE PROVIDERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR LOST PROFITS, LOST DATA, LOSS OF USE, OR BUSINESS INTERRUPTION, ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SERVO'S TOTAL LIABILITY ARISING FROM OR RELATED TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID SERVO FOR THE AFFECTED SERVICE DURING THE SIX MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US$500. THESE LIMITATIONS DO NOT APPLY TO LIABILITY THAT CANNOT BE LIMITED BY LAW.

13. Indemnification

To the extent permitted by law, you agree to defend, indemnify, and hold harmless Servo and its affiliates, personnel, and service providers from third-party claims, losses, and reasonable costs arising from your unlawful use of the Services, your breach of these Terms, your lack of authority to request information or service for a property, or information you submit that infringes another person's rights. This section does not require you to indemnify Servo for Servo's own negligence or misconduct where prohibited by law.

14. Suspension and Termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. We may suspend or terminate access for security risks, abuse, fraud, unlawful conduct, material breach, or operational or geographic reasons. Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, dispute terms, and general provisions.

15. Governing Law and Disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except that mandatory consumer-protection laws of your home jurisdiction continue to apply where they cannot be waived.

Before filing a claim, you and Servo agree to make a good-faith effort for at least 30 days to resolve the dispute informally by emailing a written description of the issue and requested resolution to support@joinservo.com. Unresolved disputes may be brought in the state or federal courts located in King County, Washington, except where non-waivable law permits another forum.

16. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms as the Services or legal requirements change. We will post the updated Terms at this URL and revise the "Last updated" date. Changes apply prospectively, and we will provide additional notice where required by law.

17. General Terms

These Terms and the Privacy Policy form the agreement governing the Services unless separate written terms apply to a specific feature or service. You may not assign these Terms without our consent. Servo may assign them in connection with a corporate transaction. Our failure to enforce a provision is not a waiver. If a provision is unenforceable, it will be modified to the minimum extent necessary and the remaining provisions will remain effective.
